Description

PISTACCHIO PURO ONE PASTE – is a smooth paste made from roasted and ground pistachio nuts without added sugar . The characteristic color of the paste has been enhanced by a small addition of dye . This is a semi-finished product intended for the production of artisan ice cream using the traditional method and for use in confectionery . Only dry and clean utensils should be used to mix and apply the product. After each use, the package should be tightly closed, removing any dirt (product residue) from the package.
